Here's the track list of Glen Campbell Christmas, part of the Icon series. It seems it has the complete That Christmas Feeling album (1968), nothing more, nothing less. That would mark the first time this album was released on CD in the USA.

Last year it was a hundred years ago since folk singer/songwriter Woody Guthrie was born. I wish this recording of Glen singing Woody's This Land is Your Land would be officialy released on CD, but in the meantime we can enjoy it on soundcloud, posted by the producers themselves.

This is very interesting. All the bits and pieces of information that came through lately are falling into place.

First of all, the 7 "unplugged versions" of Glen's classic tracks that Julian Raymond recorded in december 2010 are included here. However, it seems now that Julian is out of the picture. The producers took only the vocal tracks of those recordings and added a different backing track to it. This was probably done in august 2012, by studio musicians under the direction of producer Dave Darling. Some snippets of information about those sessions were posted on this forum recently. Thirdly, the music video that was recorded very recently is for Hey Little One, apparantly the lead off "single" for this album.
Of all the tracks that were recorded for Ghost on the Canvas and were not on the actual album, it's surprising and even maybe a little disappointing that they choose 2 tracks that were already released a digital only bonus tracks. Even more strange is that they added the already released "There's No Me Without You". I can only hope that they at least added different backing tracks for these recordings too, shedding some new light on them. But luckily they added the previously unreleased "Waitin on the Comin of the Lord" which will probably sound completely different than Glen's other gospel recordings!

All in all, i'm very excited about this new release!
