Glen Campbell Goodbye Tour July 31, 2012 Albuquerque

Post by jay » Sat Apr 20, 2019 10:48 am

Glen played at the Route 66 Casino outside Albuquerque. It was a fantastic concert. He seemed at ease and joked around with Shannon quite a bit during the concert. Having seen Glen on two other Goodbye Tour stops, I believe this was a great night for him. He reminisced briefly about his time in Albuquerque in the 50's and even sang A-L-B-U-Q-U-E-R-Q-U-E (written by Ralph Flanagan in the 50's).
I believe this is the setlist for this concert.

Gentle on My Mind
Galveston
By the Time I Get to Phoenix
Try a Little Kindness
Play Video
Where's the Playground Susie?
Didn't We
I Can't Stop Loving You
True Grit
Lovesick Blues (Glen accidentally detuned his guitar and Shannon said he could handle it and Glen and Shannon had a
funny back and forth)
Dueling Banjos
Hey Little One
Any Trouble
Play Video
It's Your Amazing Grace
The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress
Wichita Lineman
Rhinestone Cowboy
Southern Nights
A Better Place

Here is a video from that concert:
