That's right Randy! Over here we have many different public broadcasting corporations, for every segment of the population (catholic, protestant, socialist, liberal, etc.). This particular public radio program was broadcast by a christian (evangelical) public radio station.

Yes that is awesome Cowpoke. Also one thing that caught my attention for some reason Cowpoke, is when I hit the translate button, the first thing I noticed on the page was the phrase "Geloof en een Hoop Liefde tv" which translates to Faith, hope, and love tv. Faith , hope, and love, are in the lyrics of "Where were you when the world stopped turning" song that Alan Jackson did after 9/11

Yesterday on Dutch public radio a listener requested a Glen Campbell song, in a segment called "Afgestoft en opgepoetst" (dusted and polished) in which songs that have not been heard for a long time are played again. Over here in The Netherlands, the interest in Glen Campbell has noticeably risen since "I'll Be Me" was broadcast on public television a few months ago. In the audiostream posted below she tells how she impressed she was by the documentary (that Glen was still able to make music while having Alzheimer's), she's also recently learned that Glen played on The Beach Boys' "Pet Sounds" and then she requests "Amazing Grace" as sung by Glen on his 1994 album "The Boy In Me". Listen here to Glen's rendition (which still gives me goosebumps):

Beautiful cover of WL by Restless Heart.
Isn't it great to see Glen Campbell's continuing influence on today's artists?

Group Restless Heart Covers Wichita Lineman

The article link is below. Basically its about a story that happened 30 years ago. According to the story, Glen and the group Restless Heart were on the same gig-and during a backstage gab fest, Glen suggested that the group cover a Jimmy Webb song. Over the years, the group went through many personnel and manager changes-but recently for their new project, one of the founding members recalled the conversation and decided to do the cover-
They picked Wichita Lineman-staying true to the original while giving it their own touch-and the video is at the bottom of the page-
