Actually, Mike and Cowpoke, that quote from Glen in 2005 about Leno was from an article I recently came across. I'm sorry, I should have sourced it. I'll look through RC, the auto bio, for a reference to Leno, too.
Anyway, here is the 2005 source:
5 Questions with Glen Campbell
Day, The (New London, CT) - Tuesday, January 18, 2005
Author/Byline: By KATHLEEN EDGECOMB, Day Staff Writer
Edition: NORTH
Section: DAYBREAK
Page: 1B

Below, is the entire question and answer (#5) in which Glen talks about Leno. I also added Q&A #6 since Glen's answer here might be something that fans don't know -- about his home with Billie.

5. How much do you hate the photo that ran in every newspaper in the country at the time of your arrest?

Campbell: Well, that's the way the press is. That's the way the talk shows are. They kick a guy when he's down. They make fun of him. I saw Jay Leno and he was talking about it. I thought Jay was a better friend than that. I wouldn't have done that to him. I wouldn't do that to anyone. They do it because we are in the public eye. I guess it's more interesting. But I thought, I wouldn't do that to anyone.

Now when people see me, they say, "You look much better in person."

I did not know anything that day. I'm totally allergic to alcohol. I don't remember anything about that day, getting arrested, fighting with the police.

6. The TV show "The Surreal Life" is being filmed in your old house on Mulholland Drive in the Hollywood Hills, which is up for sale for $7.5 million. Any secret passages the contestants should know about?

Campbell: I'm sure they know as much about it now as I do. That was a real special place. It's sitting on seven acres. I got it way back around, I don't know, 1892, for about $100,000. Actually I think we paid $92,000 for it. You can see all of the San Fernando Valley. It was beautiful when I lived there in the mid 70s - until my ex-wife ran me out.

Glen Campbell Documentary Film Opens in Select Theaters

"Despite the serious subject mater, director James Keach notes that he did not set out to make a depressing or unsettling film. "It's a man celebrating his life, and whatever cards he's been dealt, he's going to live his life," James tells Country Weekly."

Heads up, Readers: This article notes:

"Country Weekly will have more on Glen and the family in the Dec. 1 issue."

Yes Cowpoke, he does mention Jay Leno. Dee has posted the wording in her post. Unfortunately I can't find the page I read it from. Do you know the page Dee?

You are welcome, Lt. Columbo.
No, you won't be banned.
Besides, that functionality appears to be missing on this board. I think Cowpoke disabled it. :)

Thank you for posting about Glen and Kim's wedding anniversary. Wishing them a very special day.

All cool links Siblis... thanks!

Mike, does Glen really mention Jay Leno is his 1994 biography? I never noticed that. I do remember Glen complaining about Jay making jokes about Glen when he was arrested for DUI. I thought that was a bit unrealistic of Glen. I mean Jay Leno jokes about EVERYONE who's in the news.

I think Glen performed on the tonight show in 2008 too, when Meet Glen Campbell was out? But i will need to confirm that.

I am not sure this is the right place to post this but I recall reading from one of the links that Glen and Kim celebrate their 32nd wedding anniversary today.(25th October)
I want to wish them well and hope they get to share some happy memories at least.
