You have to hear this entire 12 minute video review of a guy checking out Glen for the first time of he & Steve doing Galveston. It's incredible:

Musicradar published an interview with Jimmy Webb of his (and other celebrities) meeting with Elvis. It came to an early end, via Col. Tom Parker. Webb mentioned Elvis wanted to record MacArthur Park. After hearing of this he said Parker informed "I don’t think we’re going to be seeing much of you around here, boy’". It's so hard to believe Evis wasn't allowed to call his own shots, in that "carny" Tom had full control of what he could or couldn't do. What a waste of talent that was never seen or heard. Here's link to read the full article of interview with Webb:

Rolling Stone listed their picks of the best 250 guitarists. Unfortunately Glen was overlooked. Jerry Reed #198, Willie Nelson #77, Django Reinhardt #70,
and James Burton #24. Here's the link:

Pretty cool Thurs. nite football tonite on Prime, played Glen's Applebee's commercial. I'm sure it had to be seen by a lot of people, watching the game.

When you look at #2, then it puts 3-500 in perspective.
