Success at last!
My local Walmart has the "Glen Campbell I'll Be Me" DVD in stock. The in-store price is less than the online price, too.
Did not see it at Target.
It is also available on Virgil Films' website. Although this website makes it appear that the DVD is yet to be released, you can order from this site by clicking on "Add Current Item to Cart".

Did anyone else have issues with obtaining copies of the DVD?

I received the three DVDs that I ordered from amazon today.
However, the cardboard shipping "wrapper" (whatever happened to boxes and bubble wrap?) won't be opened; I am sending this package back to amazon for reimbursement.
Here's why:

Tonight, I found another retailer selling the DVD for $2.00 less than amazon at $13.99: Barnes & Noble. Free shipping for 3 DVDs!
In the past, I have had good experiences with B&N's shipping. Same with ebay!
UPDATE: September 15, 2015
BAD experience with Barnes and Noble's shipping. Same type of flimsy cardboard wrapper; got damaged during mailing; and one DVD was loose in the box.
Back to the store!
Has anyone seen the I'll Be Me DVD sold at local stores? Walmart? Target?

You are very welcome, Dee. I couldn't believe that as soon as I canceled my order and placed the new order I received the DVD in a couple of days! I am also surprised that other retailers are out of stock already. You would have thought they would have been well stocked. The DVD lists these extra features: "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" music video, Volunteers of America PSA, I'll Be Me Alzheimer's Fund PSA.
