This was last week's show--our guide shows something else for tonight and I posted it. Unless they are re-running that program, it will not be on. The show says new and says who will be singing Jimmy's song, but Jimmy Webb is not on. Wanted to get this on here ASAP.

Tune "MacArthur Park", will be play live Monday night, 21th July (11:35 p.m./Ch. 2), at Late Show with David Letterman.
Will Lee on vocals, Paul Shaffer conducting the CBS Orchestra plus 23 additional musicians!
Jimmy Webb will be on harpsichord and piano.
This is one of their biggest musical productions ever undertaken.

I did the same thing Stephen. Isn't it great that we can at least now get the DVD copies of these old programmes. Not that I am including this one as I have only heard it on the radio at the time.

I remember listening and taping this concert from my bedsit in London,in 85/86. It was the only day I was ever late for work,it was too good to tear myself away from. The tape wore out a long time ago,but a good friend sent me an updated version, a couple of years back.
